A brewery, bleach, and a church.  What do these things have in common, you may ask? They are all recent projects from our Engineering Specialty team!

The brewery: JBGB (JJ’s Beer Garden & Brewing Company), located in Fayetteville, AR, is a 12,000-square-foot building that will include a 15-barrel brewhouse with a taproom and restaurant, along with an outdoor patio, a gaming area, and a live music stage and lawn seating.  The facility will also include the corporate headquarters for JJ’s Grill.  Core Architects utilized our MEP and FP services for this project.  It is currently under construction.

Groundbreaking

The groundbreaking for JJ’s Beer Garden & Brewing Company on June 13th, 2016.

The bleach: The Clorox Company, located in Bentonville, AR, is a two-story office building that houses Clorox’s national emergency operations center. This project included a backup generator with automatic transfer switch, demonstration kitchen, and a very nice outdoor patio/kitchen area. Our team, working alongside Core Architects, provided MEP services.

The church: Milestone Church, a 75,000 square foot church in Keller, TX, is in the middle of construction on their new facility. We provided MEP and FP services for the project, which includes a 3-story worship center, a children’s education wing, and a large common area. The project recently expanded to include a second floor administrative office area, and the addition of LED walls in the worship center and commons areas.
